Egypt, Dec. 2008 – Jan. 2009
Ever since I was a little girl, I was fascinated by pyramids. In 2008 we had the chance to go to Egypt and one of our top activities was a visit to the Giza pyramids. We went inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which is the largest, and also had the opportunity to ride a camel while enjoying the view of the entire Giza pyramid complex. It was simply mystical, like transporting ourselves to ancient Egyptian times!
